Alison Allred, CID, IIDA, is a Senior Interior Designer at Work Program Architects since March 2020, specializing in the intersection of environments and quality of life, productivity, and wellness, particularly in the context of post-COVID strategies. Prior to this role, Alison served as an Interior Designer at Moseley Architects, focusing on higher education projects, and owned Aª Interiors, where design services were provided for various residential and commercial projects. Alison's experience also includes leading Generation Tile & Stone, LLC, applying customer service and marketing skills to boost business performance, and working in various sales and marketing roles in the automotive industry. Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institutes and has a background in philosophy from Old Dominion University.

Work Program Architect's mission is to work to raise the bar in design of environments and objects while continuously exceeding the expectations of our clients, collaborators, and community. We will satisfy a desire for architecture and design that is bold and NOW, that makes a positive dialogue with its physical and historical context, that is durable and responsible in its utilization of resources, and that is fun in the process of its formation and execution. Work Program Architects is a Virginia DMBE SWaM Certified Small and Women-Owned architecture firm located in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia.
