Erin A. is an Associate Principal at Work Program Architects, where they lead the firm’s hiring and culture development alongside co-founder Mel Price. Erin is an award recipient of the 2023 AIA Virginia Emerging Architect Award and serves as the 2024-2025 Virginia Young Architect Representative to the Young Architects Forum. Known for a people-first, empathetic approach to project management, Erin's significant projects include the New Maury High School and the Norfolk State University New Science Building. Erin also created WPA's Summer Internship & Scholarship for Diversity Advancement, fostering inclusivity in the architectural field. They are a graduate of Virginia Tech’s School of Architecture and Design and take pride in being a first-generation Filipino-American.
