Katie Parker

Katie Parker, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, currently serves as the Architecture Team Lead at Woolpert since July 2023. Previously, Katie held the position of Development Project Manager for Atlantic Park at Venture Realty Group, overseeing its post-pandemic redesign. Experience also includes leadership roles at Hanbury as the Civic & Commercial Market Leader, and at Ellis Partners as Development Manager for significant projects including Google’s Landings and The Pruneyard redevelopment. Earlier roles encompass a Senior Associate position at Palladian Capital Advisors, Design Manager and Lead Project Architect roles at Clark Nexsen, and procurement documentation for the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Katie's academic background includes an M.B.A. from Duke University, a Master’s in Architecture from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
