Nejma Hadef

Nejma Hadef is currently a Junior Marketing and Communication Manager at Work & Share since May 2022, responsible for establishing the marketing and communication division, developing marketing strategies, creating communication plans, writing newsletters, updating the website, conducting competitive analysis, and formulating internal communication strategies while analyzing key performance indicators. Previously, Nejma held the position of Coworking & Event Manager Junior, where responsibilities included community engagement, event organization, operational management of a coworking space, and client retention. Prior experiences include roles as a Sales Assistant at GUESS?, Inc. and a Store Employee at Monoprix. Nejma Hadef is pursuing a Master in Digital Business at the Paris School of Business, expected to complete in June 2025, and participated in an International Business exchange program at Regent's University London from September 2021 to June 2022.
