Rob Giddings has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Rob started their career in 2003 as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET). Rob then worked as a Product and Pricing Operations Analyst at Thomson Reuters from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program again, this time as a Public Relations Executive.
From 2007 to 2007, they worked as an Adventure Activities Coordinator in New Zealand for LSNZ. In 2008, they moved to South Korea and worked as an Education Management in EPIK (English Program in Korea) and TaLK (Teach and Learn in Korea) until 2010.
In 2010, they joined Work the World as an Operations Manager and was later promoted to Head of Operations in 2012. Finally, in 2015, they assumed the role of Operations Director in the same company. The end dates for their roles at Work the World are not provided, so their current status with the company is unknown.
Rob Giddings obtained a BA in Geography from the University of Plymouth, graduating with a 2:1 degree in 2003. In 2010, they received a CELTA Teaching Diploma, Upper Level Pass from the University of Cambridge. Prior to that, they attended Cricklade college from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Geography, English, Business Studies, and Psychology at A and B levels. Rob also has additional certifications in Business Analysis, Communication, Strategic Thinking, Content Marketing, and PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training.
