Neill Bafus

Neill Bafus has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Neill started their career in 2005 at KPMG as a Sr. Accountant. In 2009, they joined Filson as an Accounting Manager and later held various roles including Controller, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, and Director of Finance. During their time at Filson, they played a key role in preparing the company for an equity sale and led financial and operational strategies. In 2021, Bafus joined Bedrock Manufacturing as the VP of Finance, where they were responsible for budgeting, financial planning, banking relations, and investor relations. In 2023, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Work World.

Neill Bafus has a Master of Accounting Degree (MAcc) from Washington State University, where they also studied Accounting. Neill is a certified public accountant (CPA) with a certification from the California Board of Accountancy obtained in 2006.
