Shawn Dolan

Shawn Dolan is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in retail and real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Work World since June 2021, Shawn previously held the position of General Manager of Retail Operations at Moana Nursery from August 2019 to June 2021. Prior to that, a tenure as a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate was maintained from July 2017 to August 2019. Shawn's extensive career also includes significant roles such as Regional Manager at Vail Resorts Retail, Training General Manager at Gap Inc., and Buyer at EMSCO Inc., along with Store Manager responsibilities at Gap Inc. Shawn's academic credentials include studies at The University of Akron from 1984 to 1987.
