Pierre-Marie C. began their professional career in 2019 as a Contrôleur de gestion at Novares Group. In 2020, they worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern at In Extenso Finance & Transmission, and as a Financial and BI Analyst at Groupe Pichet. In 2022, they became a Member at Business Operations Network and a Customer Success Operations at Matera, where they helped the CX team grow, scale, and succeed by working on its processes, data, and tools. Pierre-Marie also became a Business Operations Manager at Work4, where they were responsible for leading the global recruitment on Facebook and helping thousands of organizations, including CAC 40 companies and SMEs, to attract and recruit their future talents on social networks.
