Panos Alexandris

Panos Alexandris is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales operations and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Operations at Workable, Panos optimizes CRM and sales processes to boost efficiency and revenue growth. Previously, as Global Head of Sales Strategy & Operations at Soldo, Panos established the Sales Operations team and significantly contributed to scaling revenue to $25 million ARR. Additional roles include Vice President of International Sales Operations at Jellysmack and Vice President of Revenue Operations & Sales Strategy at Kpler, where Panos drove the company toward a $200 million ARR goal through strategic planning and talent management. Panos holds a BSc in Marketing from the University of West Attica, an MSc in International Management from the University of Strathclyde, and an Advanced Specialization in Business Analytics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
