Sarfraz Ali

Sarfraz Ali is the Chief Revenue Officer at Workable since December 2025, bringing extensive experience in revenue growth and management from previous roles at Smartsheet, where responsibilities spanned from Vice President and General Manager of EMEA to Senior Director and Head of EMEA Commercial Sales. At Smartsheet, Sarfraz led efforts in driving sales, revenue, and product management across Europe. Prior to Smartsheet, Sarfraz held multiple positions at Microsoft, focusing on product marketing strategies for Office 365 and managing sales strategies for Office products. Early career experience includes roles at Infosys, where Sarfraz worked on banking solutions and software development. Sarfraz holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
