Thanos Dimitriou

Thanos Dimitriou has a diverse work experience in the field of product design. Thanos most recently worked at Workable as a Product Design Lead, where they led the design of Workable's newest product and collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver a successful product. Prior to that, they worked at BestPrice.gr as a Product Designer, responsible for defining design objectives and ensuring design consistency for new product apps. Thanos also worked at VisualEyes as a Product Designer, focusing on defining the overall user experience and managing design sprints. In addition, they have freelanced as a UX/UI Designer, working on various mobile design projects. Before their design career, they served in the Hellenic Air Force and also worked as a User Interface Designer at i-Lab | Computer Services, where they were involved in creative strategy and concept development.

Thanos Dimitriou began their education with undergraduate studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of Patras in 2009. Thanos then pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Design and Applied Arts at the University of Central Lancashire from 2014 to 2017. In 2019, Thanos obtained a Professional Degree in Agile Project Management from the University of Maryland. Additionally, they obtained certifications in User Research - Methods and Best Practices and Gestalt Psychology and Web Design from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in 2017 and 2016 respectively. Prior to their higher education, Thanos received a High School Diploma from Arsakeio Graduates / ALUMNI in 2009.
