Yannis Gerbessiotis

Yannis Gerbessiotis has a strong background in software engineering, with experience in various roles and companies. Yannis started their career at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as a Software Engineer - Researcher from November 2011 to December 2014. Yannis then joined Communication & Information Technologies Experts SA - CITE as a Software Engineer in January 2015 and worked there until September 2015. Yannis then moved to Agile Actors, where they worked as a Software Engineer from October 2015 to August 2019. Currently, Yannis is working at Workable, initially as a Senior Software Engineer from September 2019 to January 2022, and currently holds the position of Principal Software Engineer since February 2022.

Yannis Gerbessiotis pursued their education at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. Later on, from 2010 to 2013, they attended the Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon as a M.Sc. student, focusing on Advanced Information Systems.
