Dick Flynn

Dick Flynn has been in the professional world since 2009, when they became the Owner of Wintonaire. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the restaurant with a focus on customer experience. Dick also transformed a longtime vacant eyesore in the city into one of Rochester's premier food and beverage establishments. In 2015, they moved on to become the Director of Sales for WorkAlertz at MyMinderz, Inc. Here, they helped retail, restaurant, and hospitality companies become more profitable through instant communication and employee engagement. WorkAlertz is a cloud-based Workplace Notification Platform that delivers time-sensitive information to frontline staff via text messages, aiding in employee recruitment and retention, as well as increasing sales and customer engagement.

Dick Flynn attended Nazareth College from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they attended Greece Arcadia in 1981.
