Alejandro Kikuchi

Head of International Growth, Asia at Workana

Alejandro Kikuchi is the current Head of International Growth, Asia at Workana. Prior to this, they were with TeraCode as Online Marketing Manager from December 2009 to January 2011. Their responsibilities there included SEM, Social Media, E-commerce, and product marketing. Alejandro also created and managed the Marketing department (a team of four). Before TeraCode, Alejandro was with Telmex as a Product Manager from September 2008 to December 2009. There they were responsible for managing products targeting the residential market, within the Marketing department. This included product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, working alongside the teams for BI, Engineering and Commercial. Alejandro's first Product Manager position was with Fnbox.com from June 2004 to August 2008. There they were responsible for product development and optimization for the e-commerce business units. Alejandro also had P&L responsibility. Alejandro created and managed the Product area, working closely with teams for Engineering, Marketing, Design and Finance.

Alejandro Kikuchi has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Buenos Aires. Alejandro also has certifications from UC Irvine in Career Success Specialization, Effective Problem-Solving and Decision-Making, and Fundamentals of Management. Alejandro is also certified by Pavilion in CRO School and by HubSpot Academy in Sales Training: Techniques for a Human-Centric Sales Process.
