Emilce Grimi

Emilce Grimi is the current CFO at Workana. Emilce has over 9 years of experience in finance, with a focus on regional finance controller management and LATAM operations. Prior to their current role, Emilce worked as a regional finance controller manager at Natura &Co from June 2011 to March 2016. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and working closely with the company's headquarters in Brazil and the CFOs of each country in LATAM to ensure compliance with accounting closings, unification of accounting principles under international standards (IFRS), implementation of internal controls, as well as internal policies and accounting processes.

During their time at Natura &Co, Emilce also played an active role in special projects such as the global SAP implementation, Tax Planning, and SOX implementation. In addition, they were responsible for the design and implementation of the transfer pricing documentation to support the services provided by Latam's Shared Service Center. Emilce managed a team of 3 members during their time at Natura &Co.

Emilce holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Emilce Grimi has an MBA in Business and Administration from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, as well as a degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'. Emilce also has a Corporate Learning Program in Organizational Leadership from IAE Business School.

They work with Santiago Nisnik - Head of Engineering, Guillermo Bracciaforte - Co-Founder & COO, and Daniel Schwebel - Country Manager, Brazil & Head of Sales Latam and Iberia. Their manager is Tomas O'Farrell, Co-Founder & CEO.
