With extensive experience in finance, business intelligence, regional management, and international business development, Maico has a proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams to drive business growth. Maico is also a member of Pavilion and the Co-Founder of Smart Plaza, the first Smart Plaza in Latin America. With a background in cost accounting, cost analysis, and audit, Maico has a strong foundation in financial management and analysis. Maico holds a degree in Public Accountant and Business Management, along with completing a Data Science Bootcamp.
