Emaad S. has had a diverse work experience since 2008. Emaad began their career as an Associate Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. In 2011, they became a Technology Associate and Student at the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 2012, they were a Business Process Analyst and Intern, Business Consultant and Intern, and Information Systems Analyst and Intern at Medical Business Associates, University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System, and Medical Business Associates, respectively. In 2013, they became a Senior Manager of Data Integration, Manager of Data Integration, and Manager of Financial Planning and Analytics at Strata Decision Technology. In 2019, they became Co-Founder and Product Strategy at Workativ | Automate Your Workplace.

Emaad S. obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from Anna University between 2004 and 2008. Emaad then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago between 2011 and 2012. In 2015, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Currently, Emaad S. is pursuing a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, which they started in 2021.
