Adrian Hoffstaedter

Adrian Hoffstaedter has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. After graduating from high school, they took a gap year to backpack through South East Asia for four months, immersing himself in different cultures and meeting new people. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Representative at e-motion experts GmbH for a short period. In 2012, they joined h&z Business Consulting, where they worked in event management for two months. Adrian then joined Salesforce in 2015, starting as a Customer Intelligence Trainee, gaining insights into multiple departments with a focus on sales. Adrian later took on various roles, including Account Executive, Team Lead, and Senior Account Executive SMB, showcasing their expertise in sales and leadership. In 2022, Adrian joined Workato as a Commercial Account Executive for the DACH region.

Adrian Hoffstaedter began their education at Munich International School e.V., where they completed their International Baccalaureate from 2004 to 2009. Adrian then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Economics at Maastricht University from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, they also participated in a semester abroad at Renmin University of China. Adrian continued their education at Maastricht University, earning a Master's Degree in Strategic Marketing from 2013 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Adrian has obtained various certifications. In 2016, they completed the John Barrows Sales Training program offered by JBarrows Sales Training. Adrian further enhanced their skills by obtaining the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People certification from FranklinCovey in 2017 and the Advanced Negotiation Skills certification from the Irish Management Institute in 2018. In 2019, Adrian completed the Elevate Value CXO Engagement program offered by Corporate Visions. More recently, they completed the 2 Star Trailhead Ranger certification from Salesforce in 2021 and the Harvard Entrepreneurship program from Harvard Business School in the same year. Most recently, Adrian obtained the Automation Pro I & II Certification from Workato in April 2022.
