Alvin Ee

Alvin Ee has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alvin began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Kaplan Higher Education in January 2016. In February 2014, they joined the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as a Combat Engineer (Armoured) Specialist, serving until December 2015.

In January 2013, Alvin took on the role of Operations Director at Jurong Lake Run, a running event managed by volunteers. During their time there, they successfully grew the event and raised a significant amount of funds for various beneficiaries.

After their military service, Alvin joined Workato in April 2016 as a Customer Success Executive. Alvin then progressed to become a Digital Evangelist, where they promoted the company's products and services. Later, they transitioned into a Solutions Engineer role, leveraging Workato's middleware platform to facilitate app integration and automate complex workflows. From August 2020 to April 2023, Alvin served as a Customer Success Manager, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Alvin's most recent role at Workato is in Business Operations, which they started in February 2023. Overall, Alvin brings a strong combination of administrative, military, event management, customer success, and technical skills to their professional endeavors.

Alvin Ee's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Nanyang Primary School until 2007. Alvin then went on to attend RVHS from 2008 to 2013, where they completed their A Levels. In 2016, Alvin enrolled at Singapore Management University and pursued a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Alvin completed their degree in 2020. In 2019, Alvin participated in a Student Exchange Program at Boston University, where they continued their studies in Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Alvin has obtained certifications in automation from Workato. In October 2020, they earned the Workato Pro II Certification, and in April 2023, they obtained the Automation Pro I certification.
