Amanda Wong began their work experience in 2014 as a Summer Intern at PineBridge Investments. In 2015, they worked as an Investment Banking Intern at Standard Chartered Bank. The following year, in 2016, Amanda served as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Since 2017, they have been employed at Workato, where they held the positions of Customer Success Specialist and then Solutions Engineer.

Amanda Wong completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the National University of Singapore from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they participated in a Bachelor of Commerce International Exchange program at Queen's University. Additionally, Amanda has obtained several certifications, including the Automation Pro I and Automation Pro II certifications from Workato in November 2020. In January 2018, they also earned the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification, as well as the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certifications, all from Salesforce.
