Bharath Yadla

Bharath Yadla serves as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Transformation at Workato since February 2019, focusing on AI go-to-market strategies, strategic revenue across various sectors, and pricing strategy. Bharath holds multiple advisory and board roles, including Executive Board Member at Fast Company, member of the Forbes Business Development Council, and Advisory Board Member for GTM Strategy at Orchestral.ai. From 2018 to 2022, Bharath mentored startups at SR Innovation Exchange (SRiX) while advising on go-to-market and product strategies for various companies. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Product Strategy & Management at Aerospike, and previous positions at O2ONow and Persistent Systems. Bharath earned an MBA from IE Business School and holds advanced degrees in Management from the Indian Institute of Science and Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
