Diego Gomez

Diego Gomez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Diego currently works at Workato as a Principal Solutions Architect, responsible for providing technical solutions to clients. Prior to this, they worked at MuleSoft as a Senior Solution Engineer, where they focused on designing and implementing technical solutions. Diego also has experience at Citibanamex, where they served as the Sr. Manager, Mexico Transformation, leading the technical solution of the eBanking APIs program. Diego was responsible for selecting the tech stack and executing proof of concepts. Before that, Diego worked at Google as a Product Marketing Manager, where they conducted consumer behavior research and developed a model to collect industry information. Diego started their career at TIBCO Software, working as a Solutions Consultant in pre-sales and post-sales roles. Diego designed complex technical solutions, conducted workshops, and supported clients in various international assignments. Notably, they created a real-time integration solution for Pepsi Bottling Group's product catalogues, TIBCO's first Master Data Management project in Latin America.

Diego Gomez has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering which they obtained from Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo from 2002 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, studying from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Diego has obtained certifications in Mulesoft Development and AWS Solutions Architecture in January and May 2019, respectively.
