Grace Ng

Grace Ng started their work experience in 2013 as a Direct Marketing Specialist at Dinomedia Advertising. In 2014, they worked as an Industrial Designer at L'Oréal. In 2015, they joined the Ministry of Manpower as a Service Designer, where they successfully completed a Service Design studio project and came in 1st place. In 2016, Grace joined Workato as a Solutions Engineer in Customer Success. Grace later became a Product Manager and currently holds the position of Group Product Manager.

Grace Ng completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Industrial Design at the National University of Singapore from 2013 to 2017. During their time at the university, they also participated in the NUS Overseas Colleges program in 2015-2016. Grace further pursued their studies at Stanford University in the same period, focusing on Management Science & Engineering and Entrepreneurial Studies. Prior to their university education, Grace attended Hwa Chong Junior College from 2011 to 2012, where they completed their Cambridge 'A' Levels in Biology, Economics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

In terms of additional certifications, Grace obtained the Workato Automation Pro I and II certifications from Workato in October 2020.
