Ivan Kushmantsev

Ivan Kushmantsev has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ivan is currently working as a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer at Workato since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Честный ЗНАК from April 2020 to April 2021. In this role, they developed and maintained highly loaded JVM services, supervised the development of a billing project, and also served as an on-call engineer.

Before that, Ivan worked at "FunBox" from November 2017 to April 2020. Initially, they worked as a Java/Kotlin Developer and completely reworked a large legacy part of a project related to Spark. Ivan also developed a unique way of data storage in a Hadoop cluster, resulting in improved platform performance. Later, they took on the role of a Ruby Developer and worked on several complex projects, including developing a metrics system and creating the shrine-webdav gem for managing ActiveRecord model attachments.

Prior to their time at "FunBox," Ivan worked at SimbirSoft from February 2015 to September 2016. Ivan started as a Java Developer and was promoted to a Lead Java Developer and Team Leader position. Ivan worked on a project providing integration between internal systems of a Moscow University and a major Russian bank, successfully completing the project.

Ivan's earliest work experience was as a Lead Engineer at Ulyanovsk instrument manufacturing design bureau from September 2006 to March 2011.
