James Allen began their work experience in 1996 as an Undergraduate at Mars. James then worked as a Computer Aided Engineer at Ticona in 1997. From 1999 to 2001, they served as a Technical Support Specialist at Coca-Cola HBC. James later became an IS Project Manager at Coca-Cola HBC from 2001 to 2004.
