Jasilem Grasparil

Jasilem Grasparil has a diverse work experience starting from 2018. Jasilem began their career as a Talent Acquisition Intern at SPi Global. In 2019, they served as a Clinical Intern at the Department of Health in the Philippines. Later that year, they joined Corporate Executive Search, Inc. as a Recruitment Associate, where they executed activities related to generating applications and building talent pipelines. In 2020, Jasilem worked at IBEX as a Recruitment Associate, conducting interviews, scheduling candidates, and hiring for various clients. Jasilem then transitioned to Workato, initially serving as a Recruitment Coordinator for the US and EMEA market, and later as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for sourcing potential talents and developing sourcing strategies. Jasilem has also been a Specialist in Global People Operations at Workato, where they lead global process optimization projects and provides support for process expertise and personnel knowledge consolidation.

Jasilem Grasparil completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained certifications in Automation Pro II and Automation Pro I from Workato in January 2021 and December 2020, respectively. Jasilem is also a licensed Psychometrician, certified by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission.
