Jon Pistis currently serves as the RVP and Head of Customer Growth at Workato, a position held since June 2019, where responsibilities include leading and establishing a business unit focused on customer adoption of the Workato platform. Prior to this role, Jon held multiple positions at Workato, including Sr. Strategic Account Manager and Commercial Sales Manager, achieving significant sales milestones and recognition such as being the #1 Global Sales Rep for FY22. Prior to joining Workato, Jon gained experience at DocuSign, Box, BloomReach, and FIX Flyer, where notable accomplishments included exceeding sales quotas, leading product demonstrations, and contributing to significant pipeline growth. Jon holds a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and has pursued continuing education at Stanford University and The Leuven Institute for Ireland in Europe.
