Product Support Lead at Workato

Leandro Canales has work experience with multiple companies. Leandro started their career at HGST, a Western Digital brand, where they worked as a Senior Manufacturing Technician from August 2016 to August 2017. Leandro then moved on to IBM, where they joined the Global Service Desk team and worked from August 2017 to December 2018. Since July 2019, Leandro has been employed at Workato, initially as a Product Support Analyst and later promoted to Product Support Lead in September 2021.

Leandro Canales completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology with a focus on Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Southern Luzon State University. Leandro attended the university from 2010 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In October 2020, they obtained the Workato Automation Pro I Certification and the Workato Pro II Certification. In December 2020, they also earned the Automation Pro II Certification from Workato. More recently, in February 2023, they obtained the SIX SIGMA WHITE BELT certification from Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE™).
