Manoj Gaddam

Manoj Gaddam has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent role is Director - Automation Accelerators at Workato, where they are responsible for driving the growth of the Automation Accelerators team and promoting creativity and innovation. Manoj develops new age solutions using AI/ML/LLM technologies to improve productivity and decision-making. Manoj also sets business goals and objectives for the department, manages the software development process, and collaborates with stakeholders. Prior to this, they served as a Manager and Lead in the Automation Accelerators team at Workato.

Before joining Workato, Manoj worked at Red Hat as a Senior Specialist Solution Architect, where they communicated with customers and Red Hat teams to propose open source solutions and managed overall solutions architecture. Manoj also held the role of Co-Founder & Director, Platform Solutions at O2Onow, where they played a strategic role in product vision, development, and marketing strategies.

Earlier in their career, Manoj served as a Senior Domain Expert at Persistent Systems, where they engaged with customers, analyzed requirements, and provided solutions recommendations. Manoj also worked at Parexel as a Solution Architect & Delivery Manager, leading the transformation of a team and managing the development of clinical technology integration platforms.

Additionally, Manoj has experience as a Solutions Architect at Tesco, Senior Consultant at TIBCO, and Senior Integration Consultant at HCL Technologies. Manoj has a background in research and development, having worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Science and as a Project Assistant at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Throughout their career, Manoj has demonstrated expertise in various areas including automation, solution architecture, project management, and software development.

Manoj Gaddam's education history begins with their completion of the ICSE program at Loyola Public School from 1992 to 1995. Manoj then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, attending from 1997 to 2001. Later, in 2014 to 2015, Manoj attended the Indian School of Business to complete the Advanced Management Programme in Business Analytics (AMPBA).

Furthermore, Manoj has obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they obtained the AtomSphere Integration Cloud Certification - Integration Developer I & II from Dell Boomi. In 2020, they acquired the Enterprise Automation I Certification and Enterprise Automation II Certification from Workato.
