Ossama Alami

Ossama Alami is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as VP of Engineering and Product for the Developer Platform at Workato since July 2025, Ossama previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Stripe from April 2021 to February 2025, where accomplishments included leading teams for the Stripe Dashboard and App Marketplace, managing over 100 engineers, and launching innovative financial automation products. Prior to that, Ossama spent over 13 years at Google, culminating as Head of Developer Programs Engineering for Google Cloud Platform, and contributed significantly to the launch of products such as Google Glass and Chromecast. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Developer Happiness at Firebase, where regional Developer Experience teams were led and Firebase's acquisition by Google was facilitated. Ossama holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from George Mason University.
