Peter Dowling

Peter Dowling has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and sales recruitment across various industries. Peter currently holds the position of Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Workato, where they support all global offices and focuses on cross-functional collaboration. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Talent Acquisition GTM at Workato, where they played a key role in the company's growth phase and worked with a diverse range of teams.

Before joining Workato, Peter was the Head of Growth, Asia at SalesTribe, where they successfully launched the company in Singapore and gained valuable experience in a boot-strapped startup environment. Peter also held roles at RGF Executive Search, where they were responsible for managing the technology team and played a pivotal role in its growth.

Peter's career also includes positions at Xpand Group, Henderson Scott, and Selby Jennings, where they focused on recruiting IT professionals, sales and trading roles, and placed candidates in various sectors such as financial technology, software, and trading firms. Peter also had a role at Novartis Consumer Health as an Account Handler.

Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated a strong ability to adapt to different industries and successfully contribute to the growth and development of organizations.

Peter Dowling attended the University of Birmingham from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Ancient History. In addition, they obtained an Automation Pro I Certificate from Workato in May 2022.
