Sandeep Menon (he/him)

Sandeep Menon has a diverse range of work experience. Sandeep is currently the Managing Director for Workato in India, where he has successfully set up the India operations and led a team in sales, marketing, customer success, and technical services. Prior to this, he served as an Advisor to the Board at ExchangeConnect, where he provided guidance on product development and go-to-market strategies for their Fintech platform. Sandeep also has experience in the non-profit sector, serving as a Member of the Governing Board for both the Wildlife Association of South India and MICA | The School of Ideas. In addition, Sandeep has been an entrepreneur, co-founding and serving as CEO of Meetzpro Global Solutions, a digital platform for small meetings and events. Earlier in his career, he held various leadership roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Novell, IBM India Ltd, and Enterprise Nexus Communications. These roles involved responsibilities such as driving revenue growth, building teams, managing P&L, and leading transformation projects.

Sandeep Menon's education history includes a Chevening Gurukul Fellowship in Leadership & Developmental Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2011. In 2015, he completed the Graduate Certificate Programme in Public Policy from The Takshashila Institution. Prior to that, he obtained an MBA (PGDPC) in Marketing & Advertising from MICA | The School of Ideas from 1994 to 1996. Sandeep also holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry Hons from Loyola College in Chennai, India, which he completed from 1991 to 1994.

In addition to his formal education, Sandeep Menon has obtained several certifications. In 2021, he received the Automation Pro I Certification from Workato. In 2010, he completed the Global Program in Leadership Development (PLD) from Novell. Furthermore, in 1997, he participated in the IBM Team Blue Top talent training programme and obtained relevant certification.
