Serge Bagi

Serge Bagi serves as the Head of Quality Engineering at Workato since May 2022, previously holding the same position at Datometry from April 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, Serge spent 18 years at TIBCO, progressing from Software Engineering Consultant to Senior Director of Engineering Services, where responsibilities included leading curriculum development, redesigning training and certification programs, managing audit preparations, and overseeing quality assurance processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Orange Business Services and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise focusing on software engineering and technical consulting. Serge earned multiple Master’s degrees in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from IMT Atlantique and EURECOM, as well as a Bachelor’s degree from Université Côte d'Azur.
