Toni B. has over 20 years of diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, Toni worked as an Education Program Manager at Workato, where they played a key role in integrating and automating business workflows. Prior to that, Toni served as an Instructional Multimedia Designer at Adaptavist, where they were responsible for creating engaging and informative multimedia content. Before joining Adaptavist, Toni worked as a freelance Graphic and Web Designer, where they displayed their creativity and expertise in branding and marketing. Toni also gained valuable experience as a Senior Technical Writer/Editor at KAB Laboratories, Inc., where they developed effective communication strategies and ensured content consistency. Additionally, they worked as a Global Black Hawk Field Engineer and Logistics Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they provided maintenance and engineering support for operational missions. Toni also had technical writing roles at L-3 Communications and Texas Air National Guard, where they produced technical documents and repaired various aircraft systems. Prior to that, they served as an F-22 Electronic Integrated Systems Technician in the Virginia Air National Guard, where they excelled in leadership and maintenance practices. Toni's career began in the United States Air Force as an Avionics Systems Apprentice, where they participated in avionic test programs and conducted system modifications. Throughout their career, Toni has demonstrated strong skills in design, technical writing, project management, and problem-solving.

Toni B. obtained a Technical Communications Certificate from UC San Diego Extended Studies in 2018, with a focus on Technical Communications. In the same year, they also received a Digital Media Content Creation Certificate from UC San Diego Extended Studies, specializing in Digital Arts.

Earlier in their education, from 2005 to 2008, Toni B. attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and completed a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics. They then pursued further education at the same university from 2008 to 2011, earning a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science.

Additionally, Toni B. has obtained various certifications outside of their formal education. They achieved an Enterprise Automation Certification from Workato in May 2023. In October 2022, they acquired an Introduction to Building Your SDK Connectors certification from the same institution. In February 2021, they obtained certifications in Automation Pro I and Automation Pro II. They also obtained badges in Callable Recipes, Continuous Value Reporting, Workbot for Slack, and Working with Databases in Workato, all in February 2021.
