Vivek S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and solutions consulting, currently serving as the Senior Product Manager for AI Products at Workato since March 2016. At Workato, which is recognized for its AI-based middleware platform, Vivek has held various managerial roles, focusing on customer success and solutions consulting across commercial sectors. Prior to Workato, Vivek co-founded and served as CEO of 8packs, developing innovative event management solutions. Additional experience includes working as an Implementation Engineer at Gigya and leading a global business plan competition at Start-Up@Singapore. Vivek began a career in the Singapore Armed Forces as a Lieutenant, Combat Engineer Officer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Minor in Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore, as well as further education at Stanford University.
