Mat D.

Mat D. began their career in 2014 as a QA Automation Engineer Intern at Morneau Shepell. In 2015, they worked as a Mobile Applications Developer Intern at Sun Life Financial. In 2017, Mat D. worked as a Technical Consultant at IBM, Managing Partner at SaaSquash Technologies, and Founder & Co-CEO at WorkAxle. In 2020, they became Co-Founder at HTRFDT. At WorkAxle, Mat D. aimed to create a modern platform that removed the heaviness and complexity of enterprise workforce management while ensuring a delightful and frictionless user experience. Mat also used industry-leading architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Blockchain technology to expand the definition of workforce management.

Mat D. attended Groton School from 2010 to 2012, and then attended Concordia University from 2013 to 2017, where they studied Software Engineering.
