Lynn started their career as an R&D specialist at CHUNGDAHM Learning before moving on to roles at Aon, Riskonnect, Marsh, and JenCap Holdings, where they gained experience in account management, project management, and operations. Lynn then joined Salesforce as a Global Sales Enablement Strategy & Planning Leader before moving to Typeform as a Senior Manager of Commercial Sales Operations. In their most recent role at Workbounce, Lynn was responsible for building and scaling various programs, including Information Security, Risk Management, HR, and Business Operations. Lynn has effectively led large-scale initiatives, managed budgets, and secured deals with enterprise customers. Throughout their career, Lynn has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive results.

Lynn M. has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields and disciplines. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Languages & Cultures from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2009 and studied abroad at East China Normal University in 2007, earning a certificate in Chinese Studies. In 2010, Lynn M. obtained a Master of Arts degree in Korean Studies from Yonsei University.

From 2011 to 2012, Lynn M. pursued a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
