Monica Faberman

Monica Faberman, MBA, currently serves as the HR Director at WorkBright since January 2024. Previously, Monica founded and worked as an HR Consultant at IlluminatedHR from February 2020 to December 2023, providing comprehensive human resources solutions for small to medium-sized businesses with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Monica has also held positions as HR Manager at Aptus Health, where management of HR functions supported 350 employees and facilitated the acquisition by WebMD, and as HR Generalist at Pixability, where efforts contributed to the company's growth from 30 to 80 employees. Early career experiences include roles in office management and program support at Flagship Ventures, The Center for Women & Enterprise, and Corporate Accountability International. Monica obtained an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management and holds a degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Human Services from Northeastern University.
