Steven Frost has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Steven began their career in 2005 as the Managing Director of SIFE Nottingham, where they successfully expanded operations across three continents and specialized in business turnarounds, social enterprise, and innovation. During their time at SIFE Nottingham, they were recognized as the UK Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) Champions in 2005 and 2006 and represented the UK at two international entrepreneurship events, gaining recognition from then Prime Minister, Tony Blair.

In 2006, Steven Frost transitioned to the financial services sector, where they held various roles for a leading organization. These roles included Product Management, Marketing, Retail Strategy, Team and Project Management. Their exceptional performance led him to be recognized as Employee of the Month, Quarter, and Year for different departments within the organization. Steven continued their work in the financial services sector until 2011.

In 2011, Steven Frost became the CEO of Best Franchise Awards, a platform sponsored by Lloyds Bank that recognized the best franchise opportunities based on feedback from franchisees. Their role included bringing the franchise community together at the Best Franchise Conference to share best practices and drive progress in the industry.

In 2018, Steven Frost embarked on a new venture as the CEO of WorkBuzz, an employee experience platform. WorkBuzz helps organizations gather real-time feedback from their employees, improve engagement, and build an inclusive culture. It serves as HR's secret weapon for managing change and adapting to the evolving world of work.

Steven Frost attended the University of Nottingham from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Management Studies.
