Frederick Peguero

Fred joined the WorkCare leadership team in January 2019 after serving as Vice President of IT Enterprise Business Solutions with ECMC Group, Santa Ana, Calif.

He brings skills in setting strategic vision, building tactical plans and acting as a change agent. Fred is particularly passionate about leveraging technology to deliver business results. At ECMC, a financial services company, Fred was responsible for enterprise architecture, software engineering, applications development, integration, business intelligence and reporting, and database management teams. Prior to ECMC Group, he held executive-level IT roles with Ingram Micro, a Fortune 100 company, and was engaged as a consultant and technical project manager at a number of leading organizations. Fred is a Project Management Professional and certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt. He has Bachelor of Arts Degrees in International Affairs and Spanish from Lafayette College, Easton, Pa.
