Jonas Varaly

Jonas Varaly is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in emergency medicine, currently serving as a full-time physician at Mid-Atlantic Emergency Medical Associates and Novant Health since 2016. In addition, Jonas holds a position on the Board of Directors at Mid-Atlantic Emergency Medical Associates since January 2022 and has been a consultant for the National Academy of Sciences since 2011. Previous roles include emergency medicine physician positions at ApolloMD and Mount Nittany Medical Center. Education includes a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and an Emergency Medicine Residency at Penn State University. A strong background in medicine is complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Philosophy from the University of Scranton.
