Katie Stephenson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2010, they started as a waitress at A Touch of Class, where they developed their communication, customer service, and team-working skills. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Head Waitress at AJ Foods, leading a team of waitresses and solving any problems that arose during service. At Coast to Coast Restaurants from 2013 to 2015, they served as a Front of House Server and also had managerial office responsibilities, ensuring the accuracy of account records. In 2015, they gained administrative experience as a volunteer at Wheatley Hill Primary School. Katie then became a Barmaid at Horden Commrades for a brief period before joining Albany Assistance as a Customer Service Advisor from 2015 to 2016. Since 2016, they have been with WorkCast, starting as an Online Event Support Administrator and subsequently progressing to roles such as Event Support Team Leader, Platform Support Leader, and currently, People & Training Manager.
Katie Stephenson began their education in 2005 at Shotton Hall School, where they completed their secondary education until 2010. Following that, they attended Durham sixth form from 2010 to 2012. Then, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management from Northumbria University from 2012 to 2015.
