Vicki Whiffing

Vicki Whiffing has a demonstrated history of work experience in engineering and software development roles. Currently, they work as the Head of Engineering at WorkCast since February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Lead Developer at WorkCast from October 2021 to February 2022.

Prior to Leighton, Vicki worked at ProtoByte Solutions from October 2010 to October 2013. Vicki was a Senior Web Developer at ProtoByte Solutions, gaining experience in the full development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, and coding. Vicki also worked with third-party systems such as FLG360, Google Maps and Analytics, PayPal and Barclays Payment Gateway, Amazon, and Punchfolk.

Vicki also briefly worked as a Web Developer at LINGsCARS.com in August and September 2010. Their responsibilities included designing and coding website features using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML. Accuracy was crucial in this role as changes were made on a live website.

Vicki Whiffing completed their Bachelor of Science degree (BSc (Hons)) in Internet Computing from Northumbria University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended La Sagesse school in Jesmond from 1992 to 2007, but no specific degree or field of study information is provided for this period.
