Alexandre TRAN has over 15 years of work experience. In 2005, they were the Owner of S.A.R.L. Asia'land, where they developed the company strategy, established a customer base, and promoted the company brand. In 2009, they were a Web Developer at Fluffy Fox Consulting Ltd, where they managed website projects from end to end, created and designed layouts, and developed back-end features for content management in PHP. In 2010, they were a Game Master (French | English) at SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD., where they provided customer support through in-game interface, responded and troubleshooted customer inquiries, and provided complete and accurate solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. In 2011, they were a Customer Services Representative at NCsoft and a French Knowledge Base Administrator at BioWare. At NCsoft, they provided customer support with account, billing, and game issues with a high standard of quality, while at BioWare, they maintained internal wiki and external Knowledge Base Articles, translated and published external-facing articles, and drafted, translated, and reviewed templates for external communication. In 2012, they were a Process Lead at Electronic Arts, where they investigated information received from various stakeholders, identified potential issues or contact drivers, and created and updated processes flow accordingly. In 2013, they were a CS Senior Business Analyst at ZeniMax Online Studios, where they were promoted from Business Analyst to Senior Business Analyst and contributed to the construction of the successful analytics department. Alexandre also suggested and implemented methodologies to support the business from beta phase throughout post launches of the company’s products. In 2015, they were a UI Developer at Ivanti, where they engaged with the wider development organization to define, design, and deliver market-leading solutions of the highest standards, collaborated with various related disciplines and engineers to create UI designs in an Agile environment, and drove UI design to achieve maximum usability for customers. In 2018, they were a Technical Lead at OneLook Systems, where they were promoted from Frontend Developer to Senior and later to Tech Lead, was responsible for leading a team and alignment of the technical direction, and was responsible for the technical design of the product. Alexandre is currently the Lead Developer at WorkCompass, where they manage the entire IT stack (Engineering, QA, DevOps, IT), is a leadership team member (reporting to the CEO), leads the engineering team and alignment of the technical direction, is responsible for the technical design and architecture of products, and delivers feature and bug resolution from requirements, implementation to delivery as contributor and project manager.
