Dr. George Westerman is a pioneering researcher, author, and speaker focused on digital transformation, generative AI, and innovation leadership. Currently a Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management, they have been instrumental in helping executives recognize the transformative potential of AI. Dr. Westerman has also served on the Board of Directors for the Technology Business Management Council and WORKCRED INC, and is a member of the Digital Strategy Roundtable at the U.S. Library of Congress. They earned a DBA in Innovation and Organization Design from Harvard Business School and have held significant research roles at various MIT initiatives.
