Alejandro Mayer is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Business Operations Officer at Workday since May 2022, overseeing critical functions such as Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and Business Technology. Previously, Alejandro held several senior leadership positions at Workday, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Operations, where the focus was on growth across various buying centers. Prior to joining Workday, Alejandro was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for nearly 14 years, specializing in the Technology industry with expertise in pricing strategy and large-scale organizational transformations. Alejandro began the career as a Supply Chain Planning Analyst and Corporate IT Analyst at Tenaris. Alejandro holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BSc in Computer Science and Business from the University of Warwick.
