Allison DeGregoris is a data governance leader with a diverse background in delivering results within fast-paced corporate environments. They earned a B.S. in Marketing and Economics from the University of Scranton and began their career as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car before progressing to roles such as Business Analyst at Thomson Reuters and Healthcare Recruiter/Enrollment Advisor at the University of Phoenix. Currently, Allison serves as the Senior Director of Enterprise Data Governance at Workday, where they focus on creating and executing data management strategies and empowering cross-functional teams. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a passion for data governance and building strong relationships with C-level executives.
