Allison Maxted

Allison Maxted possesses extensive experience in human resources and customer enablement, currently serving as Manager for WSP oCHRO Delivery at Workday since May 2018, after progressing through various roles including Senior and Customer Enablement Consultant. Prior to Workday, Allison worked at Bloomberg LP as a Workday Solutions Architect, managing the Workday portfolio for Talent and Performance, Recruiting, and Onboarding from April 2017 to May 2018. Continued expertise was further developed as a Workday Consultant at Collaborative Solutions, LLC and as Director of HR Service Delivery & Planning at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included leading performance cycle management for over 50,000 employees and overseeing global recruitment and onboarding operations. Additional experience in human resources includes roles at TransPerfect, Merrill Lynch, and multiple research assistant positions during academic studies at the University of Michigan, where Allison earned a B.A. in Psychology.
