Amanda Matthews

Amanda Matthews leads global Talent Acquisition for Workday’s Product & Technology organization. Previously, they held roles at IBM as Global Talent Acquisition Director and led significant recruitment initiatives, achieving over 10,000 new hires annually. Prior to that, Amanda served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Microsoft, managing strategies that contributed to 65% of engineering hires, and was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Rackspace, where they facilitated substantial company growth from 400 to 3,000 employees. Amanda is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and Business Foundations at The University of Texas at Austin.
