Amir Khostavan is a self-taught, award-winning Principal Producer, Editor, and Music Producer known for creative thinking both behind and in front of the camera. They served as a Field Producer and TV Host at Best of the Bay TV from 2006 to 2012, where they developed an innovative editing style and composed the show's main theme song. As the Co-Owner and Creative Director of Tavan Music Academy from 2012 to 2019, Amir successfully grew the business within its first year, focusing on educational and video marketing solutions. Currently, Amir is the Principal, Multimedia Creative Lead at Workday, leading multimedia creative direction for various initiative projects. They also obtained a Certification in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online in 2020.
